Flowers were requeated to be delivered in the am. Due to no flower delivery to the shop that day the order could not be filled as purchased. I did receive a call from the shop asking if i wanted a delayed delivery with the correct flowers or substitute flowers. I chose substitute due to the flowers were for a birthday surprise. She was very kind and suggested alternative choices. Delivery was a little late due to all this but i feel they made a good effort given the circumstances. I will order again from this flower shop.
